Suitable for any size audience from 25 to 500 this is a formal stand up show lasting from 30 to 50 minutes incorporating my personal spin on classic magic. There is laughter, stories and plenty of audience engagement. My performance is very funny but never insulting. This show is suitable for any sit down event, including employee and client appreciation dinners and award ceremonies, fundraisers and school shows. My show can be tailored to a corporate or charitable mission statement and my background as a physician lends humanity and sophistication to my performance.
Walk Around Magic
Great For: Parties, Bat Mitzvahs

Magic: Slight of Hand
For this type of performance I will walk around the event and engage small groups of people, performing expert sleight of hand with everyday objects inches from your guests and in their hands. For many people this is the most exciting type of magic but it allows the party to continue. This is perfect for adult birthdays, office parties and cocktail hour at wedding receptions and bar and bat mitzvahs.

Dr. Dave killed it!!!!! I had a party at my condo for about 30 guests for my 35th birthday party and wanted to do something special to make the night memorable. It was so easy working with Dr. Dave. We talked a few time to get an idea of the structure and vibe of the party. He came a few minutes early to set up. He walked around the room for about 30 min doing close up magic for guests and then a 30 min performance for the room. Not only are the tricks great but he is funny, able to read the room, and jumps right in with my friends’ type of adult humor. He is a must if you are look to add the special something to your party.

"Dr. David Wax is awesome. He performed at my mother's retirement party, for an audience of guests that ranged in age from 5 to over 70. And he nailed it. Everyone loved the show. He's funny, engaging and a really good magician. He got laughs from everyone — even the curmudgeons. Days later and the kids are still wondering out loud how he did some of the tricks.
